STEAKHOUSE GRILLED CHICKEN VEGETABLE SKEWERS

Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 red and 1 green pepper cut into 1" pieces
1 red onion, cut into 1" pieces
2 small zucchini (1 green and 1 yellow), cut into ¼" slices
½ cup Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade
1 Tbsp. Signature Steakhouse Rub & Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
Wooden skewers

Instructions

Place chicken, peppers, onion, and zucchini in a large bowl, add dressing and seasonings; mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Alternately thread chicken and vegetable chunks onto skewers. Grill kabobs over medium heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
